Terms of Service
COMMISSION PROCESS
Contact me through Twitter (X) / Instagram messages or my email ([email protected]) and give me as much information on your commission as you can. After we agree on the price, you send full payment through PayPal and I start working.
I will provide you with updates on different stages of work (1 - sketch, 2 - base colors, 3 - full render). Once I send an update, work on the commission will be paused until you answer.
Major edits (such as a redraw, change of a composition, pose, background) are allowed on the “sketch” phase. After the sketch is approved, only minor changes are acceptable. If you request major changes after the “sketch” phase, it will cost extra pay.
Approximate time to complete a commission is 1-3 weeks depending on complexity and communication process.

Original characters: humans and humanoid creatures
Fanart
Environment art, props and icons
I DON'T draw:
Porn (Mild erotic is fine)
Extreme gore
Offensive things (such as homophobic, sexist, racist, etc.)
Real people from photo
PAYMENT
I accept payments through PayPal in USD$
I take full payment (100%) upfront, before I start work on the commission
A partial refund (50% of the price) is allowed if you want to cancel the commission after you completed the payment and before the stage 2 (major colors) of my commission workflow.
I do not offer any refunds after the stage 2 (major colors) of my commission workflow.
USAGE AND RIGHTS
You can publish the artwork on your social media (referral to the artist is appreciated), print it for yourself, use it as a profile icon or any other personal use as long as it is not monetized.
The artwork is owned by me, you are not allowed to resell or alter it.
I reserve the right to publish the finalized piece (as well as sketches and WIPs) in my portfolio and social media. If you want me to delay publishing (in case you commission a birthday gift or etc.) please let me know beforehand.
If you want to commission an artwork for commercial use, or you need an NDA, the price will be higher. Please contact me for clarification.
I have the right to make a speedpaint / timelapse video of the creation process and publish it on my social media.
